Welcome to Emovere Supervision Collaborative. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered

Emovere Supervision Collaborative provides professional supervision and consultation services to licensed therapists and therapists-in-training. These services are not clinical therapy or treatment for mental health conditions.

2. Eligibility

To engage in individual supervision, you must be a licensed mental health professional, a therapist in training, or otherwise qualified to receive supervision. It is your responsibility to ensure that participation complies with your licensing board’s regulations.

3. Booking and Cancellations

Supervision sessions must be scheduled in advance. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be outlined during the scheduling process. All rates and fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Confidentiality

Supervision sessions are confidential within the bounds of professional and ethical supervision guidelines. Any client information discussed must be de-identified to maintain client confidentiality. With the exception of clinical state supervision, Supervisors will not retain responsibility for clinical decisions made by supervisees.

We make every effort to ensure secure, private communication, particularly for virtual supervision sessions. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet.
